I just purchased a new computer and after having opened the internet the 
pages are plain, w/ boxes around everything and has a white background.  It 
seems as though it will not display the pages with graphics or maybe it is in 
in high resolution.  Can you help me fix it? - running the new Windows XP & 
IE 8.

The high contrast feature may be activated.

Control Panel> Accessibility Options> Display. Make sure that High Contrast
is not checked.

If you want to disable the Alt+Shift+Print Screen shortcut to High Contrast,
click on Settings and uncheck Use Shortcut.
