Hello Folks,
I have situation here. I am setting a sub-company from a parent company and
have to move specific data( like cherry pick).
While moving SOP tables, it looks like I have stumped over both the
modules/series.
When I open SOP , 'Sales Transaction Entry" it gives me an error message
which says, "SOP and Invoicing Modules both installed. They do not share
information. Transactions should be entered in one module only".
How can I fix this issue or get rid of this error message ?
Please help
Regards,

Run GP Utilities. One of the options is to remove that message.

This is not necessarily an error message. This is simply stating that you
have both modules installed (like it says). If you start GP Utilities, you
can get rid of the warning by processing the "Remove SOP/Invoice message", or
something similar to that. This will keep the message from coming up when
you open SOP.

Frank - I've been dealing with message for over 5+ years - and always
wondered why utilities! Why do I need to run utilities to remove a
message? This is the only module specific thing that I've seen in
utilities. Just curious - that's all.

Great question RS! Who knows what lurks in the minds of the
developers????? It may be just a sadistic joke . . . LOL.
