A fixed asset was only partially disposed of.  A 2nd asset got created but it 
seems to just be sitting out there.  Do I need to do a "undo retire" to get 
back to the original asset in order to correctly retire the entire asset?  I 
would like to get rid of the 2nd asset that got created.
