Hello everybody -
we will be merging two companies, I have the tools smartconnect and 
Integration Manager. Question: How do I move the open Invoices and Invoice 
History to the new company? 

This will not be an easy task to be done, personally I would import the 
opening balances and keep the history on a separate database.

You cannot import invoices that dated in a closed your, however If the 
historical invoices still in the current year, import all invoices into one 
batch using Integration Manager each in its actual date and post them all, 
you will need to fill in their corresponding payments (Cash Receipts) and 
apply the payments to the invoices.

Can I just use SmartList to pull the open invoices and export them to Excel? 
and then Import them using Integration Manager.
