Hello Everyone,

I am wondering how can we setup Email Alias under Exchange 2010 with 
multiple external recipients.

For instance:

Contoso.com is my exchange domain and I have email called techs@contoso.com 
which has multiple recipients within and outside organisation. All emails 
coming to techs@contoso.com should be forwarded to jay@contoso.com, 
jayshah@yahoo.com, jay.shah@gmail.com etc.

I will appreciate any help!

Create a distribution group and assign the techs@contoso.com to it.
Add the people you want to receive the email as members of the group.

Hello Rich,

Thanks for your quick response. Distribution list only allows me to add 
members which have mailbox or contact within organization. It is not 
allowing me to add emails like jay.shah@yahoo.com etc.

Add a Contact to the AD and then add the Contact to the DL.
