you will need to put a single quote in front of the number, treating it as
Cell A1 = '+6
Excel will convert it back to a number if you use it in a calculation such as
=A1 + 5 wil return 11.
Also you can convert it to a number for any formulas by using =Value(a1).

ok I have a workbook with sheets named by month (Sep, Oct, Nov...) I have a

net present value worksheet as part of the RFP process. Call it the
NPV workbook. The organization wants to then pull data from each of
those worksheets into a summary worksheet.
I would like for the organization to be able to input the file path for
each NPV workbook. Then the summary cells would use the file path to
pull the data.

unique data. Is there a way to move from the current curser location
to the same location in a different worksheet (same workbook).
Grouping the sheets puts the same data in all the sheets. I need same
location, different data.

is fully paid or not. The PO table has a one to many relationship to a
payments table (multiple payments for 1 PO).
I've built an aggregate query that gives the total payments and last payment
date for the POs, but now I need to provide a user with an ability to update
the flag based on decisions from the aggregate query.
I'm building a form for this, but it I pull the flag field in the aggregate
query, it's not editable. I could use a dlookup to reference the flag field

using IF commands to get the data entered in a cell in one sheet to
show up in the next, but is there anyway to also mirror the format,

Yes, the NK.BIN is loaded into RAM by the bootloader. If you mount the
SD as storage in Windows CE there's nothing preventing you from
overwriting the NK.BIN. You can even load the SD as hidden storage. Your
"update" application can still access the SD, but it will be invisible
for any user (that doesn't know the name of the SD card).
