How can I put again the ruler on my Word program?

My question is how can I put the ruler on my screen Word again?
And why I can't remove the blank page from my saved document, which happened
when I corrected my information in the file and fit in one page the other
always going together?

We wanted to maintain a copy of any incomming and outgoing emais hence we did
it through our surfcontrol server. Now any email coming and leaving our
system also gets stored on our specified location. The problem is that we
cannot get a copy of any internal communications because internal
communications do not go through surfcontrol and it gos directly through
exchange. Is there a way in exchange where we can store a copy of all the
internal emails as well?

I am having a problem with office 2003.
If I have word or excel running and pick "file" "open" and pick a file there
is no problem at all - it opens immediately.
If I am in windows explorer and double click on it, it takes up to a minute
to open the file - this is the same for word or excel.
It is also the same from the desktop.
(Note: this does not include Power Point - It works fine)
This does not occur with any other file type - like .pdf's, .jpg's, etc they
all open immediately.

Since I am left-handed and use the mouse with my left hand, I have grown
accustom to using Ctrl-Ins for Copy, Shift-Ins for paste, and
Shift-Delete for Cut.
While in an opened message in Outlook 2007, I can use these key
combinations (due to an editor option in mail format tab of the options
dialog), but in the preview pane, I am not able to do it.
Is there some way to enable these key combinations in the preview pane
of Outlook 2007?

I have 5 columns.
Column A is 1 through 12 for months.
Column B is Dept 1 Budget for each month.
Column C is Dept 2 Budget for each month.
Column D is Dept 1 Actual for each month.
Column E is Dept 2 Actual for each month.
I'm trying to create two stacked bars per month, one of Columns B&C (Budget)
and one of Columns D&E (Actual).
The best I can get is one column per month with all 4 values stacked.
How can I turn this into two columns per month?

Please can someone help me.
I use EXCEL 2003 at the moment I creat a new invoce from a template on my PC
then once printed the customers copy I then save the whole invoice as a file
which is taking up alot of space. I use have it set up that everytime I
created a new invoice on the template it created a new line record on a
spreadsheet. I have change my PC and can not rember how to set it up again.

Excel 2007...no matter what I do the field list does not show up. when I
select hide the pivot table frame goes blank, when I unhide I get the basic
table verbiage, but no field list.
Actually when I go to fullpage view I can get the field list, but in normal
view cannot get the field list to appear.

I have embedded several excel charts in MS Word. This is done by copying the Excel chart and then using the "paste special" option and choosing to paste it as an embedded object (not a link). I have had to do this for various formatting reasons and pasting it as a picture or a link caused too much time going back to excel to re-format so it would look good in Word. Now in word when you double click on the chart you can edit it just like if it was still in excel

I have a pivot table in Excel (2000) which is based on Access data. The
problem is, it shows (Blank) where I would like it to show 0. I looked
around in the preferences for the pivot table and found nothing to my
advantage. I also browsed the forum, but only found ways to
conditionally format, and also a suggestion to alter the source data.
Anyone know of another way to do this? Altering the source data might
be quite difficult (and would seem like a total workaround)!

I have 3 worksheets for one week, these are 1) values, 2) summaries of
values and 3) graphs of the same. I have copied this within the workbook so
that I now have sheets for weeks 2, 3 and 4 and it has worked well except
for the graphs. The values for the graphs still relate to the values from
week 1. Why is this? Is there a way round it without redoing the data
sources for each of the graphs?

When I convert this document to RTF and open the RTF afterwards, all the

Word 2007 document format has a different set of capabilities to the much
earlier RTF format. Some of those features that you have added to your Word
2007 may not be handled correctly in RTF (or even DOC) format. This is a
limitation of formats not being forward compatible.

through Regional Settings. Then I opened Excel 97 and entered =NOW() in two
