I have a user who has pasted some Word information into Excel, but the Bold 
and Italics didn't copy to Excel.  When I tested this, my formatting copies 
over with no problem.  Does anyone know why this might happen?

Lisa, I get the same results as you. 

When your friend does it does she have WORD and EXCEL windows open at the 
same time? I find that if this is the case then the formatting always works.
