Cut, Copy, Paste using Insert Key in Outlook 2007
Since I am left-handed and use the mouse with my left hand, I have grown
accustom to using Ctrl-Ins for Copy, Shift-Ins for paste, and
Shift-Delete for Cut.
While in an opened message in Outlook 2007, I can use these key
combinations (due to an editor option in mail format tab of the options
dialog), but in the preview pane, I am not able to do it.
Is there some way to enable these key combinations in the preview pane
of Outlook 2007?

In Outlook 2002, is there any way to send a message to a distribution list
without all of the emails in the distribution list showing up in the "To:"
In help, all they said was:
"When you use a distribution list, the names of all the people on the
distribution list will appear in the To field of everyone's message."

We wanted to maintain a copy of any incomming and outgoing emais hence we did
it through our surfcontrol server. Now any email coming and leaving our
system also gets stored on our specified location. The problem is that we
cannot get a copy of any internal communications because internal
communications do not go through surfcontrol and it gos directly through
exchange. Is there a way in exchange where we can store a copy of all the
internal emails as well?

When I create a new view and include a picklist field in the list view the
column header appears but no data shows on the list view even though its
there in the record view. This is I know not normal as on our internal system

Another Excel newbie requiring assistance with conditional formatting,
I've been tasked by my employer to create a Spreadsheet in MS Excel
2003 for the purpose of displaying an XML *list* which is output from
one of our legacy 3GL systems.
I've created the spreadsheet using the map genetrated automatically by
Excel, based on the actual XML file to be imported, and I can import
the data at will. No problem there (I've set the import function to
overwrite all previously stored data on selecting the 'refresh all'
option on the import to...Copy from worksheet 1 to worksheet 2, 3 , 4 etc..
Okay. I learned a thing or two but still not working for me.

I would like sheet 2 (renamed "Monday") to list the names with "4am" under
the column Monday. And not list the names with "off" under the Monday column.

I have 3 worksheets for one week, these are 1) values, 2) summaries of
values and 3) graphs of the same. I have copied this within the workbook so
that I now have sheets for weeks 2, 3 and 4 and it has worked well except
for the graphs. The values for the graphs still relate to the values from
week 1. Why is this? Is there a way round it without redoing the data
sources for each of the graphs?

Hello, I have a new SBS 2003 server with Exchange
installed. 5 people in my business got sent the same email
from someout outside the company. Normally I would have
thought this would just send one copy to each person in
the To: list.
It actually sent 5 copies to each of the people! And seems
to do this everytime you send an email to more than one
person. 3 people they get 3 copies!!!
Any ideas why? or how to fix this?

How can I create a master task list that can be applied to multiple
projects and the have the tasks remain independent of each other.
Im a wedding photographer, and the workflow for each client is pretty
much the same. I would like to have a default set of task that can be
added to a new project for each client.

Go to the details of the investment that you do not hold, and blank
the symbol. Then "delete" the investment.

sheet consists of a master list of 8000 numbers. The
second sheet is where I paste a smaller list of numbers.
The workbook performs a search and returns numbers that
match on the third sheet. The third sheet also has
formulas. I want to be able to copy and paste the
resulting info on the third sheet to another workbook
without copying any of the formulas......I just want the
