I am trying to back up our Sharepoint 2007 with DPM 2010 RC.  But when I 
click DB under shareporint server,  I got the follwing error.  All the 
prerequites has been installed on the SharePoint 2007 server and backend SQL 
cluster servers.  Anyone has any idea how to resolve this?  Thanks,

One or more prerequisites for protecting this data source is missing.
Ensure that the following prerequisite software is installed on SERVERNAME, 
the front-end web servers and all of the back-end computers running SQL 
Server  (including all cluster nodes and mirror partner nodes):

All servers:
Windows Server 2003 SP1 with Knowledge Base article 940349
        - OR - 
Windows Server 2008

All Front-end Web servers:
Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 SP1
        -OR-
Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 with Knowledge Base article 941422

I just recently had the same issue.  you must go to the management tab and 
then right click on the sharepoint-server and choose refresh and possibly the 
SQL server involved if you added any the the pre-reqs there. You would think 
rebooting the server would accomplish this but it does not.  I installed 
everything it asked for and rebooted multiple times but then i searched and 
found someone elses answer about rebooting and it worked instantly after that.
