DPM 2007 recovery point shows -
Hello,
I am having a problem where in the protection page for this one file server,
the replica is inconsistent and will not sync and the latest and oldest
recovery points has a dash "-" and total recovery points is 0.
Just last week there were more than 50 recovery points. I can see the
replica\servername\file system\longIDNUMBER\Full which contains all the
folders.
There are two 2TB drives that DPM is protecting on this server, the E drive
is not having any problems, but the D drive is.
When I went into the recovery pane and clicked on this server, and went to
the D drive, then the D drive disappeared and it doesnt show in the recovery
pane any longer.
Server is Windows 2003 Standard 64 bit with an HP MSA 1500 controller
connected to HP MSA 20 arrays.
Any ideas? Thank you in advance.
Chris

Can you please check in the system/application event log about the
shadow copies getting deleted? There should be some VSS events describing
the cause for shadow copy loss for the protected data source. Apart from
this were there any issues with the recovery points volume/disks? Also
please check for VDS events as well to find issues related to recovery point
volume/disk.
Thanks,

Thank you for your response.
I searched the logs and did not find anything that really jumped out at me
for VSS, VDS, or anything about "delete"ing.
There has not been any problems with the disks that DPM stores data on.
