Outlook2007 and security
Sorry if my post appears, but for last 3 hours it is not (on "General" NG)
regarding this blog about Outlook 2007 security:
how can I write registry key:

I am having trouble graphing normal numbers and percentages on one
graph. The data is collected by date and a persons name:
Person 1 P1% Person 2 P2% Person 3 P3% Person 4 P4%
7-Jul 10 12% 27 33% 0 0% 44 54%
8-Jul 31 32% 19 20% 26 27% 20 21%
9-Jul 56 43% 14 11% 36 28% 23 18%
The graph type is not really relevant.
If someone can help I would be very appreciative.

I am having a problem with outlook 2003 when i am trying to synchronise my
nokia 8210i phone to my addresses and calendar. When i try and do this i get
the box popup that says that i have to allow access, so i press 10 minutes
and allow. The only problem is that i have too much stuff i think and it
takes longer then 10 minutes to sync. Its also through a serial cable, so it
doesnt help. But when the 10 mins is up, then it wont allow the sync to
finish and so it drops the connection with the nokia without finishing what
needs to be done. I have tried the little install of click ye...Setting Zoom Level
I have a report called rptIvoiceLog for which I have created a button to
open it up. The Event Procedure for the button is:
stDocName = "rptInvoiceLog"
DoCmd.OpenReport stDocName, acPreview
By default, the report size zoom level is "fit" so the entire page fits in
the window. I normally click zoom once to get it to 100%. I was wondering
if there something that I could add to the event procedure that would open
the report at a starting zoom level of 100% or any other percentage that I
wanted. Thanks for any help on this.

After applying some updates to my Windows 2003 + Exchange 2003 server (via
Microsoft Update) I noticed that Windows 98 clients connecting to OWA via
HTTPS ARE DAMN TOO SLOW (it takes up to 2 minutes to show to login page!).
- This didn't happen before.
- This does not happens in Windows XP computers.
- If Win98 clients try to access via http:// everything works fine, so I
guest HTTPS is causing the error.
This are the updates that were installed:

My co-workers keep asking me to install this feature. I would like to but
is there any good documentation out there on this? I'm running exchange 5.5.
Any help is appreciated.
Run Setup. Check the box to install Outlook Web Access. Read the release
notes first to ensure that you have all the prerequisites installed first.

I NEED TO SET UP A DISTRIBUTION LIST. I ATTEMPTED TO DO IT AND I RECEIVED THE
MESSAGE 'THE PERSONAL DISTRIBUTION LIST(S) THIS MESSAGE IS ADDRESSED TO MUST
CONTAIN RECIPIENTS. ADD AT LEAST ONE REDIPIENT TO EACH LIST'. I AM USING
OFFICE XP PROFESSIONAL EDITION.
Did you populate your distribution list with the addresses of the people who
belong in the list?
If you're connected to an Exchange server, you can only create personal
distribution lists. Any distribution lists kept on the server must be
administered by the IT staff.

I may be reformatting/reinstalling my entire laptop operating system and
starting over - Dell tech says that no recognition of CD drive may be due to
corruption of registry. Seems like a "controlled crash" to me...
SO - first I want to try to save some stuff like documents etc.
Can I save my OE version 6 files, folders, newsgroup subscriptions, address

See if http://www.insideoe.com has the information you need.

We are in the process of migrating from Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2007,
and one user had this error with OL2007.
It appeared that there was a disabled item when running Outlook 2003
(Help, About, Disabled items).
Re-enabling it allowed me to open the OOO assistant (from OL2003).
And then, when I started OL2007, it was OK, I could access it !
Which disabled item was it? Can you be more specific please?

I have a table that I am trying to add an ID number into from another. The
two tables have a Social Security Number that is the only way to link the
tables. I am trying to change that
I am first doing a select query before the update query
When I add both tables to a query and tie them together by the Social
Security Num, (regular join, not outer or inner) I get zero records
retrieved. There are matching Social Security Nums in both tables though
The two SocSecNum fields have input picture clauses 000\-00\-0000;0;_
Both fields in both tables are the same length and input pictures
...How do I set Excel cell format to "Text" from VB.NET?
I am creating an Excel workbook using VB.NET, and have run into a
problem. Excel at times insists on reformatting data that I enter
into cells, e.g., converting "01234" to "1234", and this screws me
up when I need to read the data back. When I run into this problem
using Excel interactively I simply change the cell Number format
from "General" to "Text", but I haven't been able to figure out
how to do this using VB.NET. Here is a code sample:

Hi all, LTNS (Yep, I'm back) -
I have a workbook (XL97) containing 44 charts, each in its own
worksheet. I would like to find a way to standardize the settings for
all charts in the workbook. That is, I want to apply uniform formatting
properties to all of the charts in the file without having to go to each
and every worksheet and do it manually. For example, to format the
horizontal & vertical axes to my preferences, I've been doing the very
tedious Right-click -> Format-Axis and setting the tick mark patterns,
font size & color, background color, etc. etc. manually for ev...IM unsupported
In my organization many users are using IM. I am aware that IM when not
supported accordingly can bring security risks to the internal network.
If I am not ready to support IM yet (via Exchange 2000), have you seen
people out there just blocking IM for internal users ? If so, how would you
normally block IM (GPO, firewall ports, etc) ?
You can disable Exchange IM via the users properties in AD -> Exchange
