I wish to be able to report on case history specifically and activity history 
generally. Is there a way of compiling a report either by advanced find or 
programming a report in VB that will include e-mail activity and the notes 
fields? (I know that I can print the notes fields, but I cannot do anything 
with the e-mail correspondence) I would then be able to send a report to my 
customers at the end of the month showing the exact status of their cases - 
and justifying my existence!

It would be very useful to be able to read the history with a reading pane 
or a two line view like you can read e-mail in Outlook. It is very time 
consuming having to open each object to read it. For instance if a case has 
been open for a while and there is a long history, finding information can 
take a long time. It would also be helpful to have a search mechanism, again 
similar to that in Outlook, so that you can search for keywords in the text 
body. Has anyone got a way to do this or any suggestions of how to overcome 
this please?
