Some times when I am searching for a record it takes a while to pull up and I 
have no idea if it's in process of searching because there is no sign that it 
has begun searching. It would be nice to have a hour glass sign so I know 
it's searching rather than thinking my screen is frozen or I didn't hit 
search, etc.
