Problem deleting a queue

  • Follow

I have set up some queues and want to delete on eof them, but I get a system
error when I try. I have been able to delete others, so it's not a general
problem, just this one queue. (The queue is empty and I am an administrator
and the owner of the queue).

Can anyone help?

Can you please provide the error message, as well as any log messages?

Was this queue created differently than the queues that you can delete?

Thanks,
Leslie

The crm error message is just the usual generic, an error occurred, please
see your administrator.

The event log does not show any roor related to this.

All queues are created the same and I am the only who has created any, so
it's odd.

I am having the exact same problem. I am the System Administrator and I am
unable to delete some queues that I created. There are no records in the
queues.

I'm also having this exact same problem. Have tried changing owner to
administrator, but even administrator can not delete the queues.
I am able to delete some new queue's i create, but not some other custom
ones i've made. We have migrated our CRM to a new server on a new domain, in
case that has anything to do with it, but i was able to delete one of the
queue's made pre-move.
