Hi, when I create a campaign activity which is of type mail-merge and choose
to merge
to word, the system doesn't work.
a) Unsuscribe part of email doesn't appear
b) It doesn't post CRM:xxxxx token
c) The email was sent through Word, but did not track in CRM.
d) the campaign activity has the state 'aborted by system'
Is this a bug?
Any ideas

Is there a file attachement, or after these are sent do there appear to be
file attachments on the e-mail???
If the size of any attachment (i've seen this) is greater that 5MB it errors
similarily, however; this setting can be changed in CRM Registry.

Cristiano,
What versions of CRM/Office are you using? Besides text, what is in the
document you are sending (links, embedded images, etc?). Also, were all of
the emails sent, or only the first few (if so, how many)?

I'm using Office 2002 (Outlook 2002 SP 3) and CRM client 3.0.5300.302.
In the document there are text and links.
All emails have been sent.

I can't be sure without more, detailed information, but I believe you may be
affected by a known issue. The fix is still awaiting testing and is not yet
available for public or private consumption. But if you would like to
inquire about it, you can contact your customer support representative
regarding KB936779, and they should be able to keep you posted on when it
might become available.
