Indexing Service filter daemon has encountered a problem in CRM 3.

Since installing the CRM Client earlier today I have had about 10 boxes come 
up saying “Indexing Service filter daemon has encountered a problem and needs 
to close.  We are sorry for the inconvenience” and sending a problem report 
off to Microsoft. Is this a known issue?
