My office is trying to migrate to CRM 1.2 solution on our own, and I need to 
know how do we import all the contact information (including business notes, 
appointments, etc) from Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager.

Any suggestions?

Just exporting the contacts into a comma file does not get me the valuable 
information contained within the biz notes and the appointment schedule.

I would just like to get them all into CRM as leads I guess and if necessary 
I will go back through the 400+ records and set new appointments, etc as 
necessary, but I need that old data.
