Hi ,
In crm , If  you choose "regarding" when you sending a email from outlook, 
It will create a activity under the regard object. eg: a account, a contact. 
But this acitivity is clolse, you cannot input additional inform on there. 
how can I input information on such a activity , at least I want to inpute 
the duration.
