For each of our customers we have a rep agency and a salesperson. Each
salesperson will have several rep agencies to work with and each rep agency
may have more than one salesperson that they work with. In the
detaileddataplanning spreadsheet include with the data migration frmakework
tools, I saw no field for rep agency. Any suggestions on how to model these
relationships?

Hi Richard
From what I can understand you are trying to achieve a many to many link
which you can not do directly between a sales rep entity and the agency
entity. If you use the Acccount for the agency and the Contact for the sales
rep, you could use the relationships functionality to define a relationship
between the agency and the reps.
You could also mimic this functionality by creating 3 new entities 1, Sales
Rep 2, Agency, and 3 Agency Relationship
If you get stuck comebacck to me and I can draw it out
my email is alistaird@2bconsulting.net

Thank you again Alistair. Would a team be an appropriate way to deal with
this? Assign a rep and a salesperson to a team and have the team associated
to the customer?
