I am looking for some ifo on creating a report in Access 
2002 and linking the report to a table in crm.  Is this 
possible and where can I find additional information.

I am also looking for any information on creating an 
Access database and retrieving the information in CRM as 
a backup medium if CRM is down.

if you have a crm system running then you can look at the table structure
for crm and work out which tables contain the details etc. For example all
crm opportunities are stored in a table called opportunitybase
