Can't filter reports on custom fields. Any ideas?

  • Follow

We have added some custom fields via the deployment
manager and when we try to filter a case report (like case
list) by them, we get this error:

CrystalReportViewer

Error in formula This field name is not known.. File
a4c34756b9b331b8.rpt.

I'm figuring its a straightforward configuration step we
must have missed. Any ideas?

Thanks,

Justin

you need to open the report in crystal reports then select database verify
database then save the report back to make it aware of your new fields
