Lost Menu Options

  • Follow

I created a new custom toolbar and altered my startup options to test it out.
I must've checked too many boxes in the startup window because now I've lost
my main menu "View" option and can't get back to the startup option either to
try to reverse the settings. Everything is ghosted, including right clicking
on my custom toolbar which is the only one visible. Is there any way to
restore my settings? HELP!!! I am panicking!!!

Hi, Amy.

Don't panic. This is an easy one to fix. Press the <SHIFT> key and
continue holding it down while you open the database file. Hold the key
down until the database is completely open. This will bypass your startup
options, and you can now use the Tools menu to reset the startup options.
