Hi,

I've made a query with the following information from tables

Trailer Number: (I.E. 001-32180374, HLXU4221531, COUGAR27NOVEM07..)
Merchandise Type (I.E. Footwear, Handbag, Accessories..
Divisions (I.E. ALDO, ALDO ACC CA, TRANSIT, GLOBO, FEET FIRST..)
Order number (I.E. 101025, 152244...)
And a colunm that show the quanity of units ordered.

And now I will like to be able to make a sum of the quantity to
receive for each merchandise type/Division.
By I don't know how to do this?

Your help to my problem will be very appreciated.

Thanking you in advance for your help!

In a report using your query, in design view click on menu VIEW - Sorting and
Grouping. Select Merchandise Type & Division for grouping. Select a Group
Header - Yes and a Group Footer for each.
In the headers put Merchandise Type & Division respectively. In the footers
put the quanity.
Add the details.
