I have several programs on my computer that when I try to open them, I get 
the following:

Microsoft Access Data Components (box opens)
It then tries to run Turbo Tax ItsDeductible 2006
When I press Cancel several times, I receive the error 1706.No
It then tries again and says: Please wait while Windows Configures Turbo Tax 
ItsDeductible 2006.

If I keep pressing Cancel, the programs will eventually open, but this is 
such a hassle. What can I do to correct it?

I have already tried to uninstall all my Turbo Tax files, but when I go into 
Add/Remove Programs, the ItsDeductible program doesn't have a box available 
for me to uninstall it. It just shows that the program is used Rarely.
