I have customized the phone call activity for use by our frontdesk staff so
they can receive calls, take a minimum of information and pass the call to
the relevant Q once saved. After that they no onger worry about it.
This is exactly what I want but I also want normal users of the system to
see the unmodified phone call entity i.e. the one that is built into MS CRM.
Is it possible to do this somehow by creating a differnt view for front desk
people (maybe I need to put them into a seperate team?) so they only see the

I have wondered why this happens for a while.
I open my main form in design view one time and the subform opens (like the
Main form) in design view like expected. The next time I go into the main
form in design view the subform is one big white block and I have to actually
open it (double click on it) to open it. Then it opens outside of the main
form. Any reason as to what I am doing that one time it the subform in design
view the next I actually have to open it up.

I am attempting to use a form view in SharePoint designer and connect
this to an Access Database, which works fine. However, when I view
this in Sharepoint I am able to add a record but I am not able to
or delete records as I get an error message (saying "An unexpected
error has occurred) and the record does not change in the database.
Does anyone know why this might be happening and more importantly how
to resolve it?

Since Outlook&...Snapshot of a Report
I can print a SNP File from a Report and attach to an Email, like this..

I know a Printed Report can be better formatting than a Printed Form.
However, I'd leke to have a "Print screen" of a Form, and make that a
SNP file. How can I do that similar to the DoCmd.OutputTo...above?

I have a table showing total sales by month for the past two years, broken
down in each month by total of each product. What I want to be able to
accomplish is to prepare a report showing a comparison between Jan 2007 vs.
Jan 2006, etc. for the entire year, as well as be broken down by products as

Deactivated Contacts in the Contact Associated views. I cannot figure out
how we did this as there is no custom code on the views to do this. Thus,

I have a database built from scratch in Access 2007 that includes an
attachment field which is used to store JPEG photos of people's faces that
are printed onto ID cards. It has been working perfectly until recently when
the photos get distorted (they look almost as though they have gone into
4-bit colour mode with lots of dithering). When you view the report in
'Report View' the picture looks perfect, but when you go to 'Print Preview'

In Access 2007, I have a graph in Design View which shows differently in Form
View. In other words, the information that is plotted in the graph shows

Your probably saying the design data displays an earlier design results,
but the form view graph data is correct.
The graphs have acted that way for the past Access versions as well.
I think the Graphing in Access is borrowed from Excel, and does not update
in design view as it should.

There is number of ways it can be implemented.
The easiest one would be to use CDialogBar and place edit control in it.
Make that bar a child of a frame that hosts a view.
