how to show a watermark on a access 2000 report?

I would like to produce a report which has a watermark displayed at a 45 DEGREE

Perhaps one of the other newsgroup readers has puzzled out a way to do this 
within Access.

If I needed a watermark on an Access report, I'd probably just export it to 
Word and do the watermarking there... (or, if you are fortunate enough to 
have access to one of those modern whiz-bang printers, you can have the 
printer add the watermark).

The standard way to do that is to create a bitmap image file
with whatever you want the watermark to look like.  Then set
the report's Picture property to the file.
