Force sub reports on to 1 page

  • Follow

Hi,

I have 2 subreports in the detail section. Eyeballing it, they should both
fit on to the same page. However, Access inserts a page break in between.

How can I change this and force them to be on the same page (and the second
subreport to spill over on to page 2, if it is too long)?

Thanks.

In report design view, open the Properties sheet, and set the Keep Together
property of the Detail section to No.

You may need to do that in the subreport as well.
