Excel info in website (MS Front Page)
I am using MS Front Page to create a website.
What I would like to do is include a few cells from one of my EXCEL
documents. Does anybody know if this is possible? I am presuming I would
have to upload my whole spreadsheet document, but could I then make a link
from some extra cells in my webpage to the uploaded document?

this is an unsupported configuration when the other locations do not reside
on our domain. In addition to remote offices, we also have personel who

Depends on what the other db is.
If you open that db file and do File|import (or something like that), you'll see
all the formats that that db program can import.
Then back to excel and do File|SaveAs. You may be able to find a common format.

I'm trying to write a script that manipulates its command line and then runs
the command line. E.g.:
myscript.vbs "C:\Full Path\Program.exe" /option"Some option" "C:\Some file"
which would then execute:

The problem is that VBScript doesn't allow access to the full command line
like most other languages. Furthermore, the individual parameters get the
quotes stripped, so WScript.Arguments returns:

I use Excel 2000 at home and Excel 2002 at the place where I
volunteer. I've created a spreadsheet of items including quantity,
unit cost, total cost (quantity * total cost). In excel 2000 I can
create a pivot table that correctly sums the "total cost" column.
In excel 2002, the pivot table does not correctly sum the "total cost"
The workaround I've found is to add a new column, copy the total cost
field and "paste special" the values into the new column. Excel 2002
pivot table does correctly sum this new column.

anything different to the access DB. It works just the same.

The Macro works fine in Excel 2003 but crashes in Excel 2007. The line which
seems to be casuing me grief is:
ActiveChart.Axes(xlCategory, xlPrimary).CategoryType = xlCategoryScale
Could anyone let me know what the problem could be.

I have a certain excel file that I use daily, and everytime I open thi
file it gives the old "This file contains macros - do you want t
enable them or not?" warning. However, as far as I know, the fil
doesn't contain any macros. There's nothing listed in Tools -> Macros
There are no modules. No unusual add-ins. And no unusual references.
I only have this problem with this single file, and no others. Viru

outlook and I am having difficulty.
I enter the address and get a login window where I enter
my username and password and domain and I get a response
telling me the page is not available.
I have confirmed with other colleagues and they are able

I've recently obtained Office 2003 for my work laptop, and to say the least
it is getting on my nerves! When I want to access Help, I want a nice little
index of terms that I can search against that is intuitive, user-friendly and
