The Excel  - Transpose "function" would be very valuable to me in an Access 
report wizard for reports. I absolutely hate having to move data out of 
access into excel just to provide reports. 

Thank you for the discussion groups - that provide a solution. 

I'm not a programmer but my view of access is "a non-programmer's database", 
for business people that want to crunch data fast and cheap.
