Hello!

I have a database that has all of the startup options disabled for the Menu 
Bar and Shortcut Menu Bar, with custom bars used instead.  What I need to 
know, is if it is possible to reset the Menu Bars to default via a password 
form so I can disable the shift key option.  Is this possible?  Thanks for 
all your help!
