I have calculations that are done on the form and seen on the report.
On the form and Report, the decimal places are extended to 8 places.. i have
went under properties and changed it there and also under design in the table
from which the information comes. Is there something I am missing??

Thanks

Hi -

You don't need to change anything in the table. For the forms and reports,
change the properties of the controls to Format = Fixed and Decimal Places =
2 (or however many you need). Neither of these changes will affect the data
in the source tables.
