Minus Time Number Calcs
I can calculate positive time ok but can't find a way of showing negative
time numbers (i.e. nagative hours on a flexi-time sheet.

You can't, that is if you are using default setting. You can select 1904
date system under tools>options>calculations.
Note that all dates in workbooks created earlier will have 1462 days added
to them and you can put 1462 in a cell, copy it
and paste special add over the earlier dates

You are absolutely correct.
If you want the "of" between, then put the "of" between, i.e.:

on a query, however, when I click on the 'email' button it prompts me that

I'm using Calibri (Body) font size 12 as the normal style in a word
document. When I insert a cross-reference for a table (as in "Table XX
shows..."), the font of "Table XX" automatically becomes Times New Roman 12.
I checked the styles menu but couldn't find anything relevant on the list.

In Office 2003, Outlook used the autotext from Word. You create an autotext
entry in Word and it was available in Outlook.
I have now migrated to Office 2007, however the autotext from 2007 (now in a
tab called “Quick Parts”) does appear in Outlook. Upon further
investigation, saving anything in the various “Quick Parts” locations still
does not make them available to Outlook.
My question is: How do I tell Outlook to go look in the Word Quick Parts
locations for the autotext features I need?

The vendor files showed that there are open invoices to be paid but they don't show up in the edit check window. The following error message also came up and I cannot find a way to fix this problem. logged on to. Since we have user classes, I tried to assign a different
class based on the company. Each time I change the user class at the company
level it changes for all companies. I'm thinking that I'm missing a step.
