Anybody have an answer to be able to convert a wks. file
to an access database file? I'm using Win 98 SE and Office
XP Pro 2002. Microsoft wasn't much help.

Lenny,
Unfortunately, Works and Access do not "talk" directly. You can export your
works datafile(s) to .TXT or some other format which Access can read and
import to tables.
