Importing into Access 2000

I have a text file 13187 characters long. It will not 
import or link.  Any suggestions?

Suggestions? First one is to give us a bit more information:

What happens when you try?
Can you import other text files?
What's different about this one?
Separated or delimited?
How many fields?
Where did it originate?
