KnowledgeBase Title Chage to Article
My company has a product called "KnowledgeBase" which obviously causes
confusion with the CRM "Knowledge Base" articles. Can anyone tell me
where I can change the title of "KnowledgeBase" to something like
"Article" within CRM?

For anyone that's interested:
I wrote up a short article on my experience with the sagekey access 2007
In general it's very nice product. However it does run $650.
I explain a little about what they do to get around the incompatibility
between Office 2003 and Access 2007.
If you are building an installation that goes to the general public it's a
good option in my opinion.
I have no affiliation with the sagekey company.

You can't download Office 2008. It would require new keys. The keys you have

I have a couple of end users that hate the new menus in Office 2007. Is
there anyway to switch the view to a "classic" style menu?
Please and thanks
There are some third party add-ins available but I've heard they are not
"all that and a bag of chips". Since the ribbon is also being used in Office
2010, perhaps you could encourage your end users to learn how to use the
ribbon and add to their skill set.

First, you actually put some text in your message with more information,
since a question, just in an of itself, has barely any information and would
prevent a reply like this:

Slowness in cutting/pasting and showing formatting changes is a known issue,
caused by changes in the way the screen gets refreshed. Is that what you
are talking about?
Or is it slow in a different way? Are you typing faster than the letters
show up? Or is it something else entirely?

There is no built-in way to do this. You need to copy and paste the KB
article into a CRM E-mail. BTW, you can only copy KB article text when you
view the article from Workplace in CRM. (If you view the KB article from the
Service module's KB Manager, copy functionality is disabled for some reason.)

You have to have an Exchange server for Out-of-Office Assistant to be
enabled. You could probably do something similar with an Outlook rule, but
then you have to leave your machine on and checking mail the whole time.
Probably just as well that you don't; any out-of-office autoresponder you
set up is going to automatically reply to everybody who sends you a message,
including the spammers. That's a good way to dramatically increase the
amount of spam you get.
I am running a macro that opens a second file and copies
all of its data into the first file. When I close the

to turn off this warning.
Maybe you could add:
application.cutcopymode = false
right before you close your workbook.
