Understand your feelings, but I can't say that I think your antispam
address is an improvement... we're usually quite a bit more polite
to each other in these groups.

A real name, even if not a real address, would be an improvement.

Spammers don't read the groups, so they won't get your message.

BTW - replying to all these groups is usually considered spamming a
group. Thus I've set the follow-up to microsoft.public.mac.office.

Update rollup 8 question
Hi all, Currently, we have a network with 15 users, 5 of them use a laptop, and 1 CRM 4.0 server with update rollup 6 in our office. Obviously, all clients use the Outlook plugin, except for the 5 laptop users, which have the offline version of the plugin. I want to rollout the Update rollup 8, but it requires rollup 7 to be installed on the client first before upgrading to rollup 8. What is the right way to do this? Should I install the rollup 7 on the server first and then update all clients to rollup 7 before upgrading the server to 8 (and then the clients also to 8) ? Please advis...

Authorizing checks with RMS
I recently removed PCCharge and setup my syetm to work with a preferred merchant provider to allow native processing of credit & debit cards. Since check verification/authorization was handled by PCCharge to Telecheck, check authorization is now not being done. How is check authorization accomplished using a preferred provider? Thanks, Richard Unfortunately, it's not. PC Charge is the only option for check processing in RMS as far as I know. Has M05 updates fixed previous problems?
Hello, I have been holding off jumping to M05 from M04 because of the problems reported on this forum. What is the current position of Microsoft regarding fixing these problems? Has there been upgrades? Thanks Frank There have been two upgrades (although one made it with the release). There was the 0825 update which was available when Money was released, but the major update was the 1105 update which fixed a number of other problems (and made changes to the Money file too).
