If I create a PivotTable with a field called DATE containing dates formatting
as dd/mm/yy, I then use this macro to remove Saturdays and Sundays from the
PivotTable. Except it reads the dates a mm/dd/yy until they are 'out of
scope' and then they are read as dd/mm/yy. Why?
Dim pivotName As String
Dim pivotDate As Date
Dim z, pivotCount As Long
pivotName = ActiveSheet.PivotTables(1).Name
pivotCount = .PivotItems.Count

...Update rollup 8 question
Currently, we have a network with 15 users, 5 of them use a laptop, and 1
CRM 4.0 server with update rollup 6 in our office.
Obviously, all clients use the Outlook plugin, except for the 5 laptop
users, which have the offline version of the plugin.
I want to rollout the Update rollup 8, but it requires rollup 7 to be
installed on the client first before upgrading to rollup 8.
What is the right way to do this?
Should I install the rollup 7 on the server first and then update all
clients to rollup 7 before upgrading the server to 8 (and then the clients
also to 8) ?

I recently removed PCCharge and setup my syetm to work with a preferred
merchant provider to allow native processing of credit & debit cards. Since
check verification/authorization was handled by PCCharge to Telecheck, check
authorization is now not being done.
How is check authorization accomplished using a preferred provider?
Unfortunately, it's not. PC Charge is the only option for check processing
in RMS as far as I know. TPI or some other vendor may support it through an
add-in, but RMS as shipped has no way of doing both checks and debit...

I have been holding off jumping to M05 from M04 because of the problems

What is the current position of Microsoft regarding fixing these problems?
Has there been upgrades?
There have been two upgrades (although one made it with the release). There
was the 0825 update which was available when Money was released, but the
major update was the 1105 update which fixed a number of other problems (and
made changes to the Money file too). On the server side there have been some

Is there an update history in MS Access database, so that i can
retrieve information about inserted, deleted or updated records? In
other words any way to read the transaction log.
No. JET (the database engine in Access) does not give you transaction logs.
If all entries are made through a form, you can simulate it with the events
of the form. Details in:
