Reinstall IE 8 W7

I recently upgraded from Vista to W7 and IE 8 has become corrupted.

I've searched all over and cannot find any way to repair, uninstall IE 8 or 
download to reinstall. 

This seems like a silly situation for MS to create. I'm stuck and had to 
create this post on Firefox.

What anti-virus application or security suite is installed and is your 
subscription current?  What anti-spyware applications (other than Defender)? 
What third-party firewall (if any)?

What anti-virus application or security suite was installed prior to the 
upgrade and was your subscription current?

Has a(another) Norton or McAfee application ever been installed on this 
machine (e.g., a free-trial version that came preinstalled when you bought 
it)?

8:00 AM shows in date field when printing Outlook form
I am in the process of developing a custom Outlook Message Form. For this form I have created a User-defined date field. IMF
We had a problem with IIS which meant we had to remove and reinstall it. Since we have it back up and running IMF seems to no longer work. when trying to reinstall sp2 for exchange 2003 it is saying a previous version of imf exists. Due to drive limitations, had to install new drive. Reinstalled Windows XP/SP2 and Office XP/SP3. 1) Can I either run Publisher 2002 directly from the disc, or install on an external USB drive to conserve C drive space? or must I do a reinstall on C? 2) If I do install on C, can I later remove using Add/Remove and then later reinstall? I recently uploaded the IE8. It seems to work well enough, but it doesn't back out of things more than one level when I'm in yahoo. For instance - I open my email page, then an individual email. Win 7, IE 8, and Adobe Flash problem
My IE 8 locks up randomly when I try to change to a different tab or when I try to close IE 8. I've disabled the Adobe Flash add-on and the problems go away. how do I reinstall money after OS reinstall
I had to reinstall XP, and lost all installed programs, registry, etc. I still have the old hard drive, so I have the installed files for money, office, etc. But none of them are really installed.
