Hi Harry,

With posted cash receipts, you can use the existing Receivables Transactions 
smartlist and add to filters (search) on :

Document Type = Payments
Current Trx Amount <> 0

You could also print the Unapplied Documents report. Reports>>Sales>>Analysis 
then choose the Unapplied Documents report from the list. You can restrict 
the report to only include 'Payment' document types.

Receiving contacts in Outlook format
My boss and I often send contacts to each other in Outlook Format. The problem is that he receives mine without a problem but his always show up for me without the 'contact' info, just the notes section. I am having a problem when I try to suspend macro that I am creating to Post a return in RMA Receiving. I start recording the macro by clicking on Post and then clicking on cancel for the 1st and 2nd reports that GP wants to print. On the 3rd report I want to specify how many copies to print. Need Help with Receiving
We have run into a problem with Great Plains. We create a PO with one item on it cause that is the item number of our vendor. The vendor then ships that item as two seperate shipments cause then come from 2 warehouses. The problem is they send us the invoice with the shippment. Not receiving messages correctly
I have a Microsoft Outlook XP client that is used to get mail from an Exchange 5.5 server that is not receiving meesages in a timely manner. If I send a message to the mailbox it takes an average of 20 minutes to get delivered. Doing a manual send/receive does not help. The message only comes through when I change the message that I am viewing in the preview screen by cycling through the messages with the arrow keys. Can't Disable Send/Receive Progress Box
I cannot disable the "Send/Receive Progress" box in Outlook 2000. I put a check in the "Don't show this dialog box during send/receive" option, but it does not take effect. Filtering Messages To Receive Only From Your Contacts?
Anyone know how to create a filter list that you will only accept mail from people on your contact list in Outlook and/or Outlook Express.
