Project table schema changes in 9.0

I upgraded a server from GP 8.0 sp5 to GP 9.0 sp2 last weekend. All seems to
work fine so far.

I have some Crystal Reports that were in the process of being developed and
I have questions about 3 Project tables. These tables each have had fields
removed.

My question is...Where has the data these fields represented been relocated?
Has the upgrade taken data from these tables and moved it to other tables?

PA10721 ->
PA31101 ->
PA31102 ->

Hi David,

Thanks for the post to the Microsoft Dynamics Newsgroups!

In release 9.0, the PA10701,10702 and 10721 only contain the project
specific details. They have been stripped of most of the other document
level detail to eliminate the duplication with the purchasing tables. Here
is how those tables match up on version 9.0.

PA10701 --> POP10300
PA10702 --> POP10310
PA10721 --> POP10500

Regarding the other two PA tables you referenced, there were massive
changes to purchasing transactions in Project Accounting in release 9.0.
The transactions are now split between tables. The PA31101 and PA31102
still exist, but they only have the Project Accounting specific data in
them. All other data now resides in the Purchase Order Processing
equivalent tables.

POP30300 -- VNDDOCNM (This field was in the PA31101)
POP30300 -- VENDORID (This field was in the PA31101)
POP30310 -- VNDITNUM (This field was in the PA31102)
POP30310 -- EXTDCOST (This field was in the PA31102)

You can join the PA31101.PAVIDN to the POP30300.POPRCTNM field. For the
PA31102, you will need to link the PA31102.PAVIDN to the POP30310.POPRCTNM
and also the PA31102.RCPTLNNM to the POP30310.RCPTLNNM.

I hope this helps.

Adding dependencies to a Setup Project.
When I add an exe developed in VB to a setup Project it adds dlls to the Detected Dependencies. When I add an OCX created in C++ no dependencies are added. Creating a Lookup Table
I'm going to create a lookup table for my charting application. There aren't going to be very many items in this table, most likely less than a 100. For the majority, no more than 20 items.
