Cross Posting is mentioned in below post and i'm not sure how to do it.

If you're using the web version of the news reader, click on the Advanced 
Options towards the bottom to expose the cross posting feature. You will have 
to manually key in other newsgroups that you want to post to.... for example 
microsoft.public.greatplains is the one you're currently on.

So to post in both GP newsgroup i need to key in manually 
microsoft.public.dynamics.gp.developer while posting in 
microsoft.public.greatplains .
