You can always use a program like WinFax or even the built-in fax printing
in Windows.

There are also third-party apps like eContact from MC2
(www.mc2software.net/products/products.htm).

Rick,

Try www.ethotech.com. They have their eContact module, which the base
version is free. It lets you fax most documents from your GP system. You
have to buy the upgraded module if you want more documents you can fax, but
otherwise the free version has at least the basics.

Agree with the recommendation to use one of a group of ISVs for faxing.

Also check out the Electronic Document Delivery module for Business Portal. It doesn't fax, but will automate bulk delivery for emailing documents.

This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties, and confers no rights.

Venali & Ironware also offer a fax solution for Great Plains. Any document or
report generated in Great Plains can be sent as a fax. Distribution lists can
be created and faxes can be sent either one-on-one or to many (in batch
mode). Invoices, purchase orders, etc can also be set up to be generated and
faxed automatically weekly or monthly. Helps reduce costs associated with
invoice processing/printing/mailing, or with fax hardware/software systems.

Custom Colour palette
Hello all, I work in a company where there is this common excel file with a series of hyperlinks to other files within our file server. The problem is that when some users click on the hyperlinks and go back to the document where they used the hyperlinks the colours of the cells change to a generic gray colour for no reason whatsoever. They are all using Office 2003 and it happens at random. The latest patches have been installed and I have created copies of these files with no luck to test and compare against the original with no luck. Does anyone have any suggestions. Thank you ...

AD servers could not be accessed via rdp and ping after windows up
Hi all, I scheduled a down time to patch all my servers as well as AD servers. My AD servers are spread across 3 sites(2 subsidiary and 1 HQ). The 2 subsidiary sites are linked to my HQ using a 2Mbps MetroEthernet line. After patching, i restart all my servers at the same time. After more than 30min i realise i could not rdp and ping the various AD servers. All other non AD servers are fine. My HQ AD server console shows a black screen but i could access the share folders. I did a manual restart to the AD server and it works fine subsequently. I went to my 2 subsidiary sites a...

Server 2003 Fax Service
I hope this is the right group, and I hope someone here can help give me some ideas of where to start with this. I set up the fax service on Windows Server 2003.
