Scrolling windows display data directly from the tables, so the limit would
be the limit of the number of rows in a table. Not sure what it is but it
would be very big.

Windows Server 2003 Losing network connection on reboot
I've got a windows 2003 server acting as a domain controller(one of 4 dcs at the site). Whenever this server is rebooted it loses network connectivity. The server is configured with 2 NICs however the 2nd one is disabled. When you log onto the server the 1st NIC is configured properly, but there's no 2 way traffic. However if I enable and disable the 2nd nic all of a sudden the first one begins to work and everything picks back up as normal. The 2nd nic is disabled so the DC isn't multi-homed but it still seems weird to have to do this every time the machine reboots. ...

Installed the Money Plus Deluxe trial on Windows 7 just fine, but running the program results in a process being launched (msmoney.exe visible in task manager), but no UI window appears on screen. Have tried running as admin, in Vista / Win XP compat mode, all to no avail. Have tried a force display utility to make the window visible. Attempting to run the software a second time results in a user warning. Any input would be much appreciated. Windows Live Messenger Access Error
I recently re-installed Vista on my computer, and when I close down a conversation window in 'Live Messenger', I get the following error message : "An error occurred saving the message history for ___ (<drive>:\My Received Files\...\History\...xml): Access is denied. I have run a 'take ownership' script on the root directory, and this di...

Once again, goodbye Passport/Windows Live signin
Woke up this AM and did my daily ritual of opening Money and updating my accounts. I, for about the 4th time in 7-8 years, hooked my Money file up to the Passport/Windows Live service about 2 weeks ago. Previous attempts lasted about 1 hour after finding problems. 2 weeks is a record. This morning, no accounts would update - only stock quotes. I tried to restore an old version. No go. So, I removed the Windows Live signon, which removed the ability to connect to 2 of 6 online accounts. Lo and behold, the other 4 miraculously started working again. Of the other two, one has a Money download ...

Hi I've following, I believe easy to solve but not for me, problem. I have put in my UserForm listbox. I've set Mulitselect property of Listbox to fmMultiSelectMulti but than I can select non limited number of items and I want to able to select only two of them. Do you know perhaps how to limit this? Thanx in advanced. P.J. Do you have a "ok/continue/proceed" button on your form? If yes, then I think I'd just keep that button disabled until they had exactly two items selected. Let them choose as many as they want (with a warning), but don't let them proceed: O...

run code after popup window closes
HI, I have a main form with a command button that opens a popup form for entry of data. The data that is entered in the pop is saved on the main form in a text box. If something is entered and the popup form is closed (using a close command button) I want to excute some code to do something special on the main form. I thought that the main form "got focus" event would allow me to do the code when the popup was closed and the main for would have focus again. I've tried every on event option that I thought might work, but none did. Is there a way to run my code when th...

Anyway, I would like a new window to enter a sales forecast, is this possible? thanks -- Doug Unfortunately Extender data is stored in Extender tables and cannot be stored in the Sales Forecast tables. Exchange 5.5 Admin Client on Windows XP
Hi, I am trying to get the Exchange Admin Client (version 5.5 with SP4) to run on a Windows XP desktop (with Service Pack 2). The client is connecting to an Exchange 5.5 Server (SP4) on Windows NT4 Server (SP6). The Client is in a windows 2003 domain, with the server in an old Windows NT4 domain. I get the error message "DS_E_COMMUNICATIONS_PROBLEM" - I can ping the server OK, use it's netbios name etc... There is a trust in place between the 2 domains. windows 2000 outlook (not express) help function
At some point - probably in a service pack - I lost outlook help. I would llike to recover a normal help file with an index so that I can actually use the help function. I spent some time this morning trying to get outlook help for a "Vcard" - to no avail. Did MS really do away with the normal help function for outlook 2000 - or have I screwed something up? Any Help will be appreciated (no pun intended...

query run in subform and not in separate window
hi, i've created my form and have a query that runs within a subform. This is working fine except that the same query runs in a separate window also. How do I prevent the separate window from opening but only run within the subform. thanks heaps What do you mean by having "a query that runs within a subform"? What are you doing to run it? What kind of query is it? If it's a SELECT query, typically you'd set it as the RecordSource for the form being used as the subform, and not run it. If it's an Action query (INSERT INTO, DELETE, UPDATE, SELECT ... INTO), you ...
