Duplicate budget entry but missing bill
I've got a problem in MS Money 2004 where there appears to be a rogue, ie.
missing bill payment that is not displayed in the bills and payments listing
but IS included in the budget.
I have trawled user groups and the MS knowledge base for fixes and the
category move for all historical transactions does not work in my case.
I've also tried deleting past budgets but it makes no difference.
There is still this one bill entry that when I try to edit it from the
budget screen, no bill payment details come up - it's as if the program has
lost the reference to it somehow...Budget, Budget, Budget
Can (will) anyone tell me why M05 averages February budget? Please let me
know if I'm doing something wrong? I sure would appreciated anyone's help.

I have recently set up a new budget in Money. In the new
budget, two line item show up with incorrect numbers. I
have bill payment setup for my car insurance, and my
renter's insurance. These bills create autmoatic line

Is there any way to have Non Revenue items in RMS SO 2.0?
I would like to setup these non revenue items for the selling of gift cards
and for money that we collect (for selling some items) on behalf of one of
our other non RMS stores.
Just like the money we receive when we sell a gift card, the (very few)

in any sales reporting, margin calculations etc. (I know I can filter these

layout when I change the option: "Copies per Sheet" tool from "One" to

How do I remove the calendar, and notes items from my Favorite Folders
navigation area under Mail? When I right click on the objects I'm not

We have items that we use in our stores - we do not sell them to our
customers. I would like to make them non-inventory items because we really
don't track their usage, but if I do that, I cannot place them on a PO (which

In Outlook 2003 there is a FAVORITES panel. This panel (for some odd reason)

I discovered my M06 Deluxe data file had the slow problem related to
budgets. Upon opening M06, I would wait 45 to 60 seconds while my CPU
was pegged at 100% before I would try to do anything. Also, some
transaction seemed to take a long time to enter. After reading
several notes, it seemed this was unusual and needed fixed.
The way I discovered my problem was I installed M07 Deluxe (got it
free from Staples with Taxcut after rebate) on another machine and
converted my M06 file and did the "Remove all Bills Data" or more

In Excel, when I select multiple pages per sheet and the multiple pages are
different sheets, then sometimes my hardcopies do have multiple shrunken
sheets printed to one page. Othertimes excel and my printer seem to ignore
my "multiple pages to one page" request. Why?
I've been having the same problem. If you activate multiple sheets, then
tell it to print multiple pages per sheet, Excel only prints the first page
in the multiple sheet format (i.e., one small page in the upper left of the
page.) The rest of the pages come out full size on separate sheets.

Is anybody successfully importing their supplier/vendor purchase order items
into RMS SO 2.0?
We would like to import all the item information from a PO that we have
ordered on a vendors web site or spreadsheet (including item descriptions,
UPC codes (and set these as our ILCs) pricing etc), so we don't have to
manually enter this.
I can see a lot of potential problems (existing items versus new items,
existing cost versus new cost, different layouts for different suppliers) so
any feed back would be appreciated.

I have this "Money 2004 Standard" and I am creating
a "Retirement" account, however when it gets to
the "Account Belongs To" item, it will only let me choose
from two previous settings that I have entered - one is a
TYPO and I wish to change it but I am unable to find
ANYWHERE that you are able to change these settings.
It doesn't seem to pick up this option from anywhere
like "Personal Information" like you would suspect.

It is such a simple task in Google Document, but a nightmare in Excel 2007.
I see you can use "fill" option, but that fills that column till the maximun
capacity of Excel.

I hit ctrl-c to copy it.

We do low dollar high volume processing. The default price for a product is
set to .25 per unit ---- but this price can vary by customer but CRM does not
allow me to modify the price per unit. The only thing I can do is modify the
product discount amount to get the total value correct.

I have set up 'bills' to account for weekly payments for fuel for my car. It
is the middle of the month (two weeks in) and the Spending Tracker is

We're running Exchange 2000 as well as another mail system. Both share
the same Internet domain and we use a Sendmail MTA to route incoming
messages to the correct mailserver, based on the recipient's address.

The number of periods for the budget does not match the number of columns in
Excel. Import will not be able to complete. We have double checked the
format of our uploads and everything appears to be okay. We also exported a
