Sp2 issues and error messages

Hi I have just upgraded my SBS2003 server to Exchange SP2 and I am now
repeatidly seeing two errors in the Applications Event log: MSExchangeAL and
MSExchange SA with error codes 8231 and 9153
I have followed the links and read the KB articles but they seem to refer to
a mixed environment with Exchange 5.5 which we have never had.

Can someone tell me what I've done wrong please

thanks

move mailbox issue
We have been in the process of moving mailboxes from an older 2003 exchange server to a new one. One mailbox that I moved is having an issue. The mailbox moved fine without errors but it doesnt seem to be working correctly at the user's machine. First Outlook (2003) did not automatically point to the new server. Second I went into the the user's Mail profile and pointed it to the new server but when we start up Outlook again it still points back to the old server. I did however create a second profile on the PC and pointed it to the new server and it seems fine. Unfortunatly the...

I'm currently trying to get WinUSB installed on my XP Pro SP2 machine and every time I try and install the device and point to where the .inf files are it says it can't install the hardware because it can't find the software. Intelligent Message Filter and SCL value
I have implemented the Intelligent Message Filter in my Exchange 2003 SP2 system. It appears that there is still a lot of SPAM that is going through, even though I have set the value to send to the user's Junk Mail folder as SCL=1. My question is how can I find out what SCL value the IMF has assigned to the emails, and who determines the SCL value set for each email? Paul, 1 seems to be quite low - most folks get decent results with Store threshold set to 5-6. NTLM issue
I'm using exchange 2003 and I can access a mailbox fine using Outlook 2003. The authentication on Outlook 2003 is set for Kerberos/NTLM Password authentication. If I try with a Outlook 2000 or Outlook 2002 client I am prompted for a username and password and I can't authenticate or access the mailbox. I know the Kerberos authentication setting is the key.
