e-mail security settings via custom form not being applied
I have two domains and two networks that are trusted and for all intents and purposes allow for seemless traffic flow. I can logon to domain 1 when on domain 2's network/subnet and vica-versa, etc. The one caveat presently being experienced is the ability to send email from a problem ticket tracking system when connected to domain 2, logged onto domain 2, but using an exchange account on domain 1. I get prompted to authenticate to access the mailbox which is expected and can send messages, but the Outlook Security Settings public form settings are not being applied - I get the tw...

I'm confused... #2
I am trying to determine whether or not some of the MS Business Solutions products would be appropriate for our organization. Currently, my focus is on replacing our current POS application so that's how I got started looking at this stuff. My confusion is in what the various product are and what they do. As far as the POS solutions go, I've managed to find an eval of "Store Operations Manager" which seems like it includes "Point of Sale" but the product comparison page (http://www.microsoft.com/BusinessSolutions/RetailManagementSystem/product_comparison.mspx) list...

Certificate, Directory Security or web browser
Hi, In Directory Security of Exchange 2003 IIS default web site, in what way a certificate request using that Directory Security is different from a certificate request using web browser? Thanks Yba I don't believe that the certificate is automatically installed when you issue the request using a web browser. When you use IIS Manager and request a certificate (to a local CA only), the request is immediately granted, the certificate is issued, and it is automatically installed onto IIS. -- Ben Winzenz Exchange MVP MessageOne Read my blog! http://winzenz.blogspot.com http://feeds.fe...

I'm stumped with 5.4.6 NDR error
Hi all, We have a single Exchange 2003 server (no Exchange 5.5 has ever existed in this enviromnent), which is responsible for a number of internal email domains. Recently we have transferred responsiblity for one of those domains to an external source. Consequently I have removed the particular domain from the recipient policy, removed the email addresses from the affected mailboxes, and created contacts for the new external recipients in the AD. However now when we try and email the external recipients (who were previously part of our Exchange organisation), we get the following: "...
