Problems with Exchange 5.5 on windows 2000 Active Directory migration to Exchange 2003
Hi All I hope that someone out there can help me. I have an exchange 5.5 system sitting on a windows 2000 server Active directory server. I have installed a new windows 2003 server with exchange 2003 as the messaging platform. I have gone through the prep for windows 2000, moved all the roles, joined the domain and that all worked out great. The problem is that when I run the exchange migration wizard I get the following error: Unable to logon to the server. Please verify the server name, port, user name and password. I believe that this is a problem relating to the LDAP port (390 Exchange 5.5 and 389 for AD). I need to know if there is a way of getting the migration wizard to look at a different port for the information that it needs. There are only 15 users on the old system, which if it comes to the crunch, I will migrate with exmerge. The problem is that they have about 1000 custom recipients on the old system that have to be moved across. Without the wizard I will have to become a script jockey to get it to work (Not my Forte). If there is anyone out there that can help it will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Don't want to sound silly here, but I am actually having a problem with a formula that will allow me to count only values greater than 0 but less than 11. Is this Possible in 1 unique formula? problem with signature
I am trying to create a simple signature for my HTML mails, with a link to my website.I want it to be a hover link, no underline. I have made a very simple HTML in Dreamweaver, and all the appropriate attributes and styles are set via CSS. It looks and works fine on my browser. User's computer is not a member of the domain. Mail flows and all looks good till you start the OOF thing. It will just tell you it cannot connect to the server because it's currently unavailable. I can not get disk 2 to install. It preloads then as files start to copy, it stalls then ends with error message. this is office2000 professional 2 cd set. everything else works exept publisher and its components. I use Excel and Word 2003 using Windows NT. I've kept some files on a jump drive so I can work on them at home. I attempted to work on a Word documents which had an Excel worksheet inserted in it. I tried double clicking on the worksheet to edit it and Word and Excel shut down. Now when I attempt to open Excel at home it asks for my Office XP Professional installation cd. Hello. I copied my PST file from my D: drive to my F: drive. I then went into "Data File Management" to get the new location recognized and to have all future mail sent to that location. After doing this, my custom settings, like new folders, date settings, columns, etc, are all back to their default settings. Hi there; When a certian user opens outlook, and clicks on sort by size, half of her e-mails disappear, and "none" is displayed. She said this happened to her at home, except she was on her normal view which is sort by date. The only way that I can recreate the problem is to click on sort by size. Migrate Company Setup
All, We created a new company in GP 9.0 and would like setup the new company similar to an existing company. Is there a way to do that by migrating the company setup? Any help would be appreciated. Hi all Excahnge 5.5. We get a ton of NDR's sent to the excahgne server becasue of past employees that do not work here anymore. Is there a way to tell exchange to not accept messages that are addressed to these past employees?
