Preventing NDR's for non-delivery to forwarding address

SBS/Exchange 2003 server. One user has e-mail being forwarded to his PDA
account via server-side delivery options in Active Directory (instead of
using a rule). Senders are receiving NDR's when the user's main account did
receive the message but it did not arrive at the forward address for some
reason, for instance when his PDA's wireless is turned off or its mailbox is
full.

How can I prevent NDR's when the e-mail arrives at the main mailbox but
fails to arrive at the alternate/forwarding address?

Blackberry or Good Technology :)
If that NDR is being generated by his remote ISP account, then you'll
have to talk to them.

Well, as you correctly surmised, I didn't want to admit up front this was a
Blackberry for fear of being deluged with responses telling me just to
install the Blackberry server component...

Yes, that makes sense. I had not actually seen one of the NDR's, so I didn't
think about the fact that they would be generated by Nextel/BB instead of
Exchange.

Combo showing non current employee
Hello, I have employees in a table. For a given job sheet form, the employee is selected with a combobox listing all current employees. All fine. If an employee leaves, they are marked as no longer current. My problem is, if an old job record is looked at, the employee is not listed since they are not current. The combo is blank. I have gotten around this prior by editing the rowsource for [all current employees] OR [selected employee]. But this only works in single form. I need it in a continuous form, and not sure whether the best option is to reference the field in ...
