POP3 working, Web Outlook not on new users

When I add a new user, they are not able to access the Web Outlook.

They are able to log on to the Remote Web Workplace login.  

When you select "Read My Company e-mail" they get the Outlook Web Access 
login with the error "You could not be logged on to Outlook Web Access. 
Ensure that your user name and password are correct, and then try again."

They are members of the same groups that do fuction properly: Domain Users, 
MasterRealty, Remote Desktop Users, and Remote Web Workplace Users.

All help appreciated.

In your message you describe some non-Exchange elements, e.g. Remote Web 
Workplace login that you will need to remove from the equation to 
troubleshoot. Have a user log directly onto OWA, internally if necessary, 
and see if they have any problems. If they do not then the problem is not 
Exchange. If they do post back with more information. Check you IIS logs for 
OWA and your event logs for auth errors etc.

could not be logged on to Outlook Web Access.  Ensure that your user name and

OK. That might be a simpler problem. Are you using domainname\username 
format? You should be using that or upn username@ad.local.

Outlook 2003 100% CPU during message preview
I tried the /cleanviews switch already. When I switch between messages as the preview pane is enabled, the CPU goes to 100%. The Outlook process consumes all of it. Hi, It seems that Excel is not calculating the workbook/sheets properly !!!!! If I hits F9 or Shift + F9 does not always calculate the cells !!!
