OWA and second mail address

Exch 2003 cluster
I have a domain with two mail address.
The first one is example.com (pubblic address) and the
second is test.com (only for internal mail).
Example.com is the default address.
Every users are configured only with example.com and are
able to connect to OWA.
Every users are configured with example.com and test.com
and are able to connect to OWA.
The others users that have only test.com but doesn't are
able to connect to OWA.
Do I have to configure the HTTP protocol or IIS or both?
Thanks for your reply

All users should be able to connect to OWA regardless of
what their smtp addresses are. The users have a Windows
2000 logon address, known as a UPN. What is this address,
example.com or test.com?

Yes, working, but it isn't the better solution, it is very
strong for us to enable two different owa address.

mail #6
e-mail will not send it just goes straight to outbox When you complete your message and press send, it's only placed in the 'Outbox' until you click the "Send/Receive" button on the main Outlook window. You can also create settings where the 'Send/Receive' action occurs automatically. It seems redundant, however it's made this way so messages can be created 'off-line' and staged to send once a internet connection is established. >-----Original Message----- >e-mail will not send it just goes straight to outbox >. > ...

OWA error after update

Thanks, Steve I would revert to without Forms Based and SSL and then progress from there since that is easier to troubleshoot. Without SSL and Forms based. Does it work?
